We’re really happy to receive any feedback at all on our courses so we can continue to improve. Please let us know how we did! Below is some information on how to provide feedback via video.

VIDEO SPECIFICATIONS

SIZE: 16:9 or 9:16 (vertical or horizontal)
LENGTH: 30 seconds to 5 minutes
QUALITY: HD or 4K if possible

WHAT TO INCLUDE

Any feedback is useful, but it is especially helpful if you can explain:

Why you took the course
What you have learnt
Anything you have transferred to your language or work
Any other comments or observations

How will we use your feedback?

There are three ways we might use your video:

– On the Pronunciation Studio website either in full or in clips.
– Quoted on the Pronunciation Studio website with a still image from the video.
– On Pronunciation Studio social media.

If you would not like to appear on social media, please let us know.

If you are active on social media and would like your handle to appear, please mention this and we will post it on our site and on our socials when we use your video.
