ONLINE

Learn GB English sounds, intonation, phonetics and accents in live online group classes via Zoom. Weekly classes (4/week), 4 level program with IPA certified teachers.

“It was exciting to study how English pronunciation works – no one would teach that at school. Many new and sometimes unexpected rules to learn, a lot to practice – and you can actually see progress. I started to notice how others speak, what kind of accent natives use, what mistakes non-natives make, and at the same time started to listen to myself – how I can speak English better. Great course with great teachers!”

“The course is absolutely amazing. I have learnt so much and the teacher is really enthusiastic and helped me with any questions. I have learnt to approach English speaking from a new angle, improved my confidence in speaking and understandings not only in the pronunciation but also in the British culture. Definitely recommend it for anyone who want to take their pronunciation to the next level. :)”

FAQ

Big groups tend to have at least 10 learners. If you would like a smaller group, we also offer a small group (2-5 learners) or individual (121) options.
See the timetables above. Currently classes are:

Tuesdays 12:00-12:45 & 18:00-18:45
Wednesdays 14:00-14:45 & 19:00-19:45

Every week there is always a Level 1, 2, 3, and 4 class.

Everybody who takes 121 training can also join the big groups so if you purchase 121 training you can join as many groups as you like.
In the Zoom lessons, if your camera is on, the teacher will interact with you. We aim to give some individual attention to all attendees, it depends on the number on the class.

If you would like a lot of attention, the small group and 121 options are more appropriate.

We don’t allow recording of group courses for privacy reasons. However, you can access summaries of all lessons on the relevant course page.
The group course includes ‘The Sound of English’ ebooks with audio. You can access these as soon as you enrol.

Additionally there are interactive quizzes and videos to accompany each class for revision and practice.

Our teachers will speak at normal native speed in class, so it is essential that learners can follow this without getting lost. The courses are suitable on this basis, for high intermediate to proficient level speakers. If you’re not sure your level is right, contact us or take an assessment.

All classes are taught by Pronunciation Studio’s IPA certified teaching team Joseph, Tom, David and Zainab. Every member of the team has over 10 years’ classroom experience.

Currently Joseph is teaching most of the online groups.

Yes, you can take the course anywhere – just make sure you alter the times to match the local time where you are.
